Arlene McCarthy
Arlene is Executive Director of AMC Strategy, a Special Advisor to the Chairman of Bloomberg, and was a member of the European Commission High-Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance. During her 20 years as a Member of the European Parliament, she chaired the Internal Market Committee and was Vice Chair of the Economic Committee and Monetary Affairs Committee. She was named one of the top 100 influential women in European finance in 2010, 2011, and 2012 as well as MEP of the year in 2014 for her work in financial services. She was also awarded an OBE (Order of the British Empire) in the Queen's 2015 New Year's Honours List for Parliamentary and Political Services.
