• The Fund intends to invest primarily in fixed and floating rate debt securities worldwide.
• The Fund may invest in debt securities rated below investment grade or unrated.  Such securities are generally subject to lower liquidity, higher volatility and greater risk of investment loss than high-rated debt securities.  Investments in debt securities are also subject to risks relating to credit/counterparty, interest rate, volatility, liquidity, credit rating, downgrading and sovereign debts. 
• The Fund is subject to risks relating to emerging markets, currency and valuation.  
• The Fund may invest extensively in financial derivative instruments.  Risks associated with derivatives include counterparty, liquidity, high leverage and active derivative position risks.  Derivative investments will increase the volatility of the Portfolio and may lead to significant losses.
