Tarek Abou Zeid
Tarek Abou Zeid is a Partner and Head of Client Portfolio Management within Systematic at Man Group (Man AHL). He participates in the firm’s Systematic Macro and Micro Investment Committees and is a member of the Systematic Management Committee. Tarek has overall responsibility for investor engagement and new product development, and he represents the firm's systematic investment strategies to institutional clients globally.
Prior to joining Man AHL in 2018, Tarek was at Amundi, where he advised clients on cross-asset portfolio construction and institutional solutions. Before that, he researched and implemented systematic strategies at Quant Capital.
Tarek holds a degree in electrical engineering - majoring in signal processing and optical communication - from RWTH Aachen University. He has also conducted research on optical modulation techniques at Stanford University.
