Graduates
Our graduate programmes welcome high-calibre graduates from various degree disciplines to embark on transformative 18–24-month rotational schemes. We offer programmes across our business, from investment management and research to technology and operations, supporting you in developing the skills and expertise needed for a successful long-term career at Man. We run a thorough induction programme, where you will gain insights to departments all across the firm, improving your understanding of how our business works. We're looking for graduates with intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and the ambition to take on increasing responsibility as you discover where your unique talents can make the greatest impact.

Internships
Our internship programmes welcome high-potential penultimate year university students from various educational backgrounds to join intensive 12-week placements across our business. From research to technology to responsible investment, you'll gain hands-on experience while developing the foundational skills needed to successfully kickstart a career in investment management. We're looking for interns with a keen desire to learn, proactive mindset, and the curiosity to explore how your academic knowledge translates into real-world impact at one of the world's leading investment management firms.

What we offer you
As an employee on an apprenticeship programme, you will receive:
- Highly structured on‒the‒job training leading to a recognised qualification with one of our partner providers
- Up to 1 day per week to allow you time for your studies
- Dedicated support from the Programme Lead throughout your programme
- 1-2-1 support from your coach throughout the duration of the apprenticeship
At Man Group, we understand that careers aren’t always linear. Our Career Returners Programme is designed to support individuals returning to the workforce after an extended break of at least 24 months. Whether you’ve stepped away from work to raise a family, provide care, or pursue other life priorities, we may have the perfect opportunity for you.
We know from experience that returning to work can feel daunting, so we have partnered with Career Returners to offer a 6-month returner programme to ease the transition. The programme consists of a series of professional coaching sessions, a mentor programme and a ready-made community of former and current career returners to support with navigating the path ahead.
