Danielle Ashley is Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Man Group, driving comprehensive recruitment efforts across multiple business areas. She partners closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition on strategic projects and initiatives, serving as a key regional leader who executes and localises global talent strategies.
Prior to joining Man Group in August 2022, she served as HR & Talent Acquisition Manager in the specialist finance industry, where she developed deep expertise in both human resources management and end-to-end recruitment processes, including employee relations, candidate onboarding and strategic stakeholder engagement.
Danielle holds a CIPD qualification and a qualification in leadership and management from CMI.
