Chris Pyper

Chris Pyper is Head of Business Management for Responsible Investment (RI) at Man Group, based in London. He joined Man Group in 2004 and spent his first nine years working in Man Group’s Swiss office.

Chris has performed a variety of senior legal roles for Man Group, including as its Co-Head of Group Legal. Most recently, Chris has spent seven years as Chief of Staff of Infrastructure and then of Man Group’s Executive Office, reporting to Man Group’s CEO.  As Chief of Staff, Chris gained a broad experience of Man Group’s strategy and operations. Having supported Man Group’s RI team during his time as Chief of Staff, Chris joined the team as its Head of Business Management in late 2023, to focus on strategy, operations and governance.

Prior to joining Man Group, Chris spent four years working for the leading law firm, Linklaters, in London and New York.

Chris has an MA in Law from Downing College, Cambridge University.
