Man Group announces Senior Independent Director change

Man Group plc today announces that Phillip Colebatch, who has served as Senior Independent Director (SID) since August 2013, will step down from this role following the 2017 AGM on 5 May 2017, while remaining a member of the Board. Phillip will be succeeded as SID by Richard Berliand, who joined the Board in January 2016 and was appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee in May 2016.

“I would like to thank Phillip for his service as SID and, in particular, for his advice and guidance to me in my transition to the Chairmanship last year. I now look forward to working with Richard who has a wealth of financial services and international non-executive experience.”
