Charles Riceman

Charlie Riceman is Co-Head of Direct Lending and Head of Investment Originations & Capital Markets at Man Varagon. He is also a member of Man Varagon’s Investment Committee.
Charlie began his career in 1995, which he has spent originating, structuring, underwriting and executing financings in support of middle market private equity clients. He has extensive leveraged lending experience across a variety of industries. Immediately prior to joining Varagon, Charlie was Managing Director at Golub Capital.
He holds a BS from Villanova University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
