Man Group, the global alternative investment management firm, today announces the appointment of Emma Holden as Chief People Officer, becoming a member of the Executive Committee and reporting to Chief Executive Officer Robyn Grew. Emma will join Man Group at the beginning of December.

Emma is currently Chief People Officer at Schroders plc, where she has been employed for nearly 17 years following stints at Corus Group plc and PwC. In addition to overseeing the People team at Schroders, Emma has been a member of the Group Strategy Committee and Group Management Committee and oversaw Schroders’ Governance function, supporting the plc board.
