Tracey Nilsen-Ames is a Director within Solutions at Man Group, jointly managing the Liquid Alpha range of products. She previously worked in the Systematic Equity Alternatives Team at Man Numeric for six years managing liquid and hedge fund products with direct responsibility over defensive equities and RI funds.

Prior to joining Man Numeric in 2020, Tracey worked as a risk and modelling analyst at Thinking Capital, a fintech firm based in Montreal, Canada.

Tracey received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from McGill University and a master’s degree in finance with a concentration in financial engineering from MIT Sloan School of Management.
