Seb Sims
Investment Director, European Real Estate, Man GPM
Seb Sims is an Investment Director on the European real estate team at Man Global Private Markets (‘Man GPM’), where he is responsible for investment origination, underwriting and oversight, as well as sourcing debt finance.
Prior to joining Man GPM in 2018, Seb worked at Aeriance, where he was responsible for real estate debt origination in Europe. Before that, he spent six years at RBS in the real estate restructuring team and held a range of roles at Nationwide.
Seb graduated with a BA (Hons) in Geography from University of Leeds.
