Poly Bradshaw
Development Manager, Community Housing, Man Group
Poly Bradshaw is a Development Manager in the Community Housing team at Man Group (Man GPM). She is responsible for managing the delivery of the housing projects, which includes overseeing work programmes and budgets, whilst maintaining relationships with the contractors, developers and housing associations.
Prior to joining Man Group in 2021, Poly led the delivery of various housing projects ranging from small scale sites, refurbishments to a joint venture and prestigious regeneration projects for East Thames Housing Group and L&Q. Poly has worked in affordable housing development since 2012.
Poly holds a BSc in Geography and Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in International Planning from University College London.
