Philip Raciti is senior managing director and Global Head of Broadly Syndicated Loans at Man Group.
He joined Man Group in 2025 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Bardin Hill, where he was Head of Performing Credit and a portfolio manager. Prior to joining Bardin Hill, Philip was a senior managing director and portfolio manager of CVC Credit Partners’ US performing credit business, responsible for research, trading and technology initiatives. He joined Apidos Capital, a predecessor to CVC Credit Partners, as a credit analyst and trader. Prior to CVC, Philip was a credit analyst and technology specialist for INVESCO.
Philip holds a B.A. from Binghamton University.
