Keith Carter is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Originations, US Direct Lending, at Man Group. He also sits on the direct lending business’s investment committee.
Prior to joining Varagon Capital Partners (now Man Group), Keith originated and underwrote middle market leveraged finance transactions at TPG Specialty Lending and at Tennenbaum Capital Partners. He was also a Managing Director at Plainfield Asset Management and an Associate at Heartland Industrial Partners. He began his career in leverage finance at Bankers Trust.
He earned a BA degree from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
