Mike Broderick is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the US Direct Lending Healthcare team at Man Group. Mike is responsible for originating and structuring transactions for middle market private equity firms in the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Varagon Capital Partners (now Man Group), Mike originated healthcare private equity transactions for Capital One Bank. He also previously oversaw the healthcare sponsor finance team for CapitalSource. He began his career at GE Capital where he held various positions within the healthcare and sponsor finance teams.
He holds a BA from College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
