Stephen Lee is an Analyst at Man Group (Man GLG), specialising in event driven equities.
Before joining Man Group in 2022, Stephen worked at CLSA as a banker advising on corporate finance and cross-border M&A transactions. Prior to investment banking, he was a regulator at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
Stephen graduated from HKUST Business School with a BBA in Finance, Economics and Entrepreneurship. He also obtained a master's degree in LLM Corporate and Financial Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Hong Kong.
