Nate Tombs
CISO and Head of Enterprise Risk, Man Group
Nate Tombs is Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Enterprise Risk at Man Group. He is responsible for operational, identity and third-party risk management, global information security, and the function's overall strategy and operations.
Previously, Nate worked for more than 15 years as a leader in the information technology and security space, joining Man Group in 2021 from Solaris Bank where he served as Lead Security Officer for Digital Currencies. Prior to this, he led a security consulting department working with Fortune 500 American companies to enhance their online security.
Nate has led the implementation a number of large-scale technology projects for public sector organisations including the United Nations Development Programme and the Government of Ghana. He holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and a master's degree from Cambridge University.
