Maria Isaza
Global Co-Head of Operations, Man Group
Maria Isaza is Global Co-Head of Operations at Man Group, based in London. She oversees comprehensive post-execution operations across the middle and back office functions, including trade management, fund accounting, fund operations, account implementation, regulatory reporting, and service provider management. In addition, Maria also has oversight for outsourced operational functions and maintains key broker and custodian relationships.
Previously, Maria served as Global Head of Investment Operations. Prior to joining Man Group in 2021, Maria served as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, holding senior management positions across Global Market Operations and Asset Management Operations Divisions in New York and London.
Maria holds a BSc in Business Administration with a focus on International Economics from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
