Sophia Chami
Head of Portfolio Monetisation, Man AHL
Sophia Chami is Head of Portfolio Monetisation at Man AHL, responsible for allocations, portfolio construction and management. She was previously Head of Equities Monetisation, having joined the firm in 2019 to expand the medium frequency cash equities trading effort.
Prior to joining Man AHL, she spent four years at Systematica Investments/Bluecrest Capital in the systematic equities team. She was formerly an electronic trading quant at Morgan Stanley.
Sophia holds a Master of Financial Engineering degree from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, a Master of Science in Engineering from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Grande École) and a Master of Applied Mathematics from Université Marne-La-Vallée Paris Est.
