Tom Shaw
Investment Director, Man GPM
Tom Shaw is an investment director in the Community Housing team at Man Global Private Markets (‘Man GPM’). He is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and securing long-term leases with councils and housing associations.
Prior to joining Man GPM in August 2019, Tom held the post of Managing Director (Development) at Hyde Group. Responsible for new business, pre-construction, construction, sales and after-care activities, Tom had lead responsibility for the performance of Hyde Group’s development programme, including its investments into joint ventures with both public and private sector partners. Tom has worked in affordable housing development since 2002.
Tom holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate Development from Robert Gordon University.
