Uddhav Sharma

Uddhav Sharma is a senior portfolio manager within Systematic, at Man Group (Man Advisers). He is responsible for the development and day-to-day management of tax-aware strategies.

Prior to joining Man Group in 2026, Uddhav co-founded Oasys Wealth, where he led the design and launch of a tax aware long/short equity platform. Before that, he spent seven and a half years at AQR Capital Management, most recently as an Executive Director managing tax aware strategies across macro and equity portfolios. He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Quantitative Strategy Group and Electronic Trading.

Uddhav holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a CFA charterholder.
