Howard Baier

Howard Baier is a principal at Man Group, focused on opportunistic credit.
He joined Man Group in 2025 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Bardin Hill, where he also served as a principal. He joined the firm as a research analyst in 2014. Howard was formerly an analyst at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in New York in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking team.
Howard holds a BS in Finance and graduated magna cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
