Slavey is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Man Group, responsible for co-managing recruitment across our Technology division. Based in Sofia, he brings expertise in the local talent ecosystem and a strategic approach to attracting top technical talent.
Prior to joining Man Group in April 2026, Slavey accumulated over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR across different industries. He held senior talent acquisition roles at Kaizen Gaming and Leanplum, where he led full-cycle recruitment across Bulgaria, the UK and the US with a particular focus on senior engineering talent. Before this, he served as Global HR & TA Lead at Fadata Group, managing a team of five HR and TA professionals and driving talent management initiatives across the organisation.
Slavey holds a master's degree in organisational psychology and cross-cultural management from Sofia University "Saint Kliment Ohridski". He is also a licensed NLP business and life coach and a certified FirstMind practitioner.
