Sean Kadden is a managing director and portfolio manager at Man Group, focused on CLOs and broadly syndicated loans.
Sean joined Man Group in 2025 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Bardin Hill. Prior to joining Bardin Hill, formerly Halycon, in 2011, Sean was a credit analyst at Katonah Debt Advisors (now Trimaran Advisors). Before that, he was a high yield credit analyst at TIAA-CREF.
Sean holds a BS from Cornell University and is a CFA charterholder.
