Evan Seidenberg
Managing Director, Man Varagon
Evan Seidenberg is a Managing Director of Man Varagon and a member of the Healthcare Underwriting and Portfolio Management team.
Evan joined Varagon from KCAP, where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring, and managing healthcare credit investments. Prior to KCAP, he worked at CIT, where he underwrote and managed healthcare senior debt investments. He also worked at Wells Fargo, where he focused on healthcare M&A transactions, debt and equity offerings.
He holds an BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) from University of Michigan.
