Pauline Vaskou
Pauline Vaskou is a client portfolio manager at Man Group, responsible for articulating Man’s responsible investment integration across discretionary and systematic strategies. She leads client communications and investor engagement to design responsible investment solutions, leveraging Man’s research, data and stewardship capabilities. She sits on Man’s Responsible Investment Committee and Exclusions Sub-Committee, and she serves on the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC) Policy Advisory Group.
Pauline joined Man Group in February 2025. Before that, she was at Aegon UK, where she led the net-zero and responsible investment strategy. She previously worked at Bloomberg LP as a Senior Environment Manager. She began her career in 2015 at Tesco PLC, where she worked on commodity products with high environmental, social and governance risks.
Pauline holds a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
