Milly Sawers
Head of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience, Man Group
Milly Sawers is Head of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience at Man Group. She is responsible for managing the global business continuity and operational resilience frameworks including plans, impact analysis, crisis planning, testing and reporting.
Prior to joining Man Group in April 2022, Milly worked at UBS for seven years as a business continuity manager and Deputy Chief of Staff for investment banking operations. Between 2009 and 2015, she was a Commissioned Officer in the British Army, serving in various roles in the Royal Army Medical Corps.
Milly holds a BA (hons) from Newcastle University in Geography.
