Michael Shepherd
Investment Director, Man GPM
Mike Shepherd is an Investment Director in the Community Housing team at Man Global Private Markets (‘Man GPM’). He is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and securing long-term leases with councils and housing associations.
Prior to joining Man GPM in 2023, Mike held the post of Group Development Director at VIVID. Mike was an executive board member with lead responsibility for the performance of VIVID’s development programme, joint ventures and development subsidiaries, asset management, investment and compliance. Mike has worked in housing and real estate for over 20 years.
Mike is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of Chartered Institute of Housing.
