Michael Rosner is a managing director at Man Group, focused on CLOs and broadly syndicated loans.
Michael joined Man Group in 2025 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Bardin Hill. He joined Bardin Hill, formerly Halcyon, in October 2006. From 2004 to 2006, he was a vice president in the Structured Products Department at Sumitomo Trust & Banking focused on investing in CLO debt, equity and warehouses. From 1998 until 2004, Michael worked at Prudential Financial, where he worked in the Performance Reporting Unit, High Yield Portfolio Analysis Group and CLO team.
Michael holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BA in Business Administration from Franklin and Marshall College.
