Matteo Cianfoni
Partner and Head of Continental Wealth at Man Group
Matteo Cianfoni is a Partner and Head of Continental Wealth at Man Group. He is also responsible for Asteria Investment Managers, a joint venture between Man Group and Fideuram - Intesa San Paolo Private Banking.
Matteo joined Man Group in 2017 as Country Head for Italy, responsible for managing client relationships and expanding the firm’s presence across the institutional and wealth segments. Previously, he worked at RWC Partners, focusing on the development of its Southern Europe franchise. Earlier, he was a Director in Man Group’s Client Advisory team. He began his career in 2007 at Morgan Stanley in Sales and Trading, covering the Italian market for equity derivatives and structured products.
Matteo holds BA and MSc degrees, both cum laude, in Economics and Social Sciences from Università Bocconi.
