Mark Dignard is the Head of Compliance for Man Numeric. He is responsible for Man Numeric-related compliance and regulatory matters.
Mark joined Man Group in 2017 as Head of US Investment Compliance where he had oversight over US investment compliance requirements associated with all investment strategies and platforms managed by Man Group PLC. This includes strategies managed by Man Group’s registered investment advisors such as Numeric Investors LLC, GLG LLC, and AHL Partners. Prior to Man Group, Mark was the Trading Investment Compliance Manager at MFS Investment Management for 10 years.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and economics from College of the Holy Cross and is a Dean’s List recipient.
