Lisa Muñoz is the Global Head of Solutions, Product Legal, and Deputy General Counsel, US. Based in New York, Lisa is responsible for legal matters relating to Solutions at Man Group, including new and existing product ranges, on and offshore products, fund of funds, and managed accounts. She also covers general legal matters for Man Groups’ US businesses.
Prior to joining Man Group in 2016, Lisa was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Prime Brokerage, Futures Clearing Legal Group. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Orrick, Herrington Sutcliffe LLP in the Banking and Debt Capital Markets Group.
Lisa holds a B.A., magna cum laude, and J.D., cum laude, from Boston College. She is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
