Lindy Reid
Head of RI Implementation and Oversight
Lindy Reid is Man Group’s Head of RI Implementation and Oversight. In this role, she is responsible for embedding ESG principles into Man Group’s investment strategies, effectively managing risks and capitalising on opportunities to advance the firm’s responsible investment goals. She also chairs the Responsible Investment Oversight Committee.
Lindy rejoined Man Group in 2024, having previously served as Global Head of Distribution Compliance and ESG Infrastructure, where she played a pivotal role in developing the firm’s approach to emerging sustainability regulations and ESG practices.
Lindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town, as well as the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. She is an ambassador for the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF) and serves on the Birkbeck Environment & Sustainability Advisory Committee.
