Leonor Chabannes
Head of Solutions Engineering, Man Group
Leonor is Head of Solutions Engineering at Man Group. In this role, she has overall responsibility for building data pipelines and data visualisation tools for the portfolio managers and supporting the trading and research platform for the quantamental trading strategies. Leonor also looks after a suite of tools that enable portfolio managers, quants and investment analysts to monitor performance, exposure and risk of internal and external funds, as well as perform portfolio construction and backtesting.
Prior to joining Man Group in 2021, Leonor was at Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for running trading automation for the delta one systematic market making desk. She started her career at Morgan Stanley as a quantitative strategist.
Leonor holds a master’s in applied mathematics and statistics from ENSAE Paris Tech and a master’s in financial engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
