Background and career
Laurie’s background spans asset management and investment banking, with extensive experience in both capital markets and M&A. In 2024 she retired as a partner of PJT Partners and assumed the role of senior advisor. Previously, she was co-head of Morgan Stanley’s Global Industrials Group. Before that, she spent the majority of her career as an Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Artisan Partners and TIAA-CREF. She was a non-executive director of EnQuest PLC from 2018 – 2021, where she chaired the Remuneration Committee. Prior to becoming a Non-Executive Director at EDP Renewables she was a Non-Executive Director of EDP SA from 2018 – 2024.
