Keith Carter

Keith Carter is a Senior Managing Director of Man Varagon with responsibility for originating and structuring transactions for middle market private equity firms in the General Industries sector.

Prior to joining Varagon, Keith originated and underwrote middle market leveraged finance transactions at TPG Specialty Lending and at Tennenbaum Capital Partners. He was also a Managing Director at Plainfield Asset Management and an Associate at Heartland Industrial Partners. He began his career in leveraged finance at Bankers Trust.

He holds a BA from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
