Keith Carter
Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Originations, Man Varagon
Keith Carter is a Senior Managing Director of Man Varagon and Co-Head of Originations. He is a member of Man Varagon’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Man Varagon, Keith originated and underwrote middle market leveraged finance transactions at TPG Specialty Lending and at Tennenbaum Capital Partners. He was also a Managing Director at Plainfield Asset Management and an Associate at Heartland Industrial Partners. He began his career in leverage finance at Bankers Trust.
He earned a BA degree from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
