Gordon Coughlan
Head of Man Group – Bulgaria
Gordon Coughlan is Head of Man Group – Bulgaria, responsible for leading the firm's presence in the country, overseeing its strategic development, and managing its operational framework. He is a member of the CAO Leadership Committee.
Prior to his current role, Gordon was Head of Strategy for Technology, where he was responsible for devising and driving key transformation initiatives to maximise the impact of the firm's technology function. He has also served as Chief of Staff for Alpha Technology and Head of Data for Man AHL. Before joining Man Group, Gordon held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Gordon holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick.
