Man Charitable Foundation
The Man US Charitable Foundation (The Foundation) is an independent charity, established in 2019, with a primary focus on youth development and wellbeing. We support education and post-graduate opportunities, mental and social wellbeing, as well as poverty-related hunger relief in the United States.
Our aims and activities are two-fold. Firstly, to support charities whose activities are consistent with our focus and, secondly, to provide opportunities for Man Group US employees to invest their time and expertise in charitable activities. We achieve this by:
- Providing grants via a two stage application process
- Tracking success by measuring impact, carefully monitoring all grants to ensure progress against agreed objectives
- Supporting Man Group US employees fundraising activity and charitable donations via the Foundation’s sponsorship matching programme
The directors of the Foundation, drawn from across Man Group are Heidi Roderick, Jonathan Daffron, Meghan Hayes, Nicky Aimcharoen, Robert Bourgeois and Solomon Kuckelman.
The Foundation will consider applications periodically throughout the year.
