Jonathan Daffron is a managing director for business development, charged with sourcing portfolio manager talent for the firm’s discretionary investing arm. 
 
Previously, he held positions as Head of the Managed Account Platform and Deputy Head of Investment Risk for Man FRM. Jonathan serves on the Man Group 401K Investment Committee and volunteers his time as a Director of the Man US Charitable Foundation. Prior to joining Man Group in 2020, Jonathan was a risk manager at Goldman Sachs for 17 years, where he was most recently the Global Head of Market Risk for the Investment Management Division.
 
Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he majored in International Studies and German.
