Emma Holden
Chief People Officer, Man Group
Emma Holden is Chief People Officer (CPO) at Man Group and a member of the Executive Committee, working with leaders across the business on the issues that affect the firm’s people and culture. She is responsible for overseeing Man Group’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, equity and inclusion, leadership development and overall workplace culture, aligning it to the firm’s values and goals.
Prior to joining Man Group in December 2024, Emma was CPO at Schroders plc from November 2014 to 2024. She joined Schroders in 2007 as Head of Corporate Communications. Prior to this, Emma held various finance roles at Corus Group, including investor relations and corporate finance, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in 1998.
She is an advocate for inclusion, diversity and social mobility, being the first person in her family from a former Welsh mining community to attend university.
