The Ex Ante Costs and Charges Disclosures (“CCDs”) available on this website seek to provide illustrations of the amount of costs and charges that funds may incur over a future 12 month period and the potential effect of such costs and charges on hypothetical investment amounts.
The figures presented in these documents are based on historic costs and charges data which serves as a proxy for expected future costs and charges. The figures are calculated on a best efforts basis, are subject to revision and may vary materially from the actual costs and charges incurred by the funds over the 12 month periods.
The CCDs are based on information as at the date stated in the document. Man1 is not bound by any out-of-date CCD information when it has issued a revised CCD.
Man has taken all reasonable care to ensure that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information in the CCD does not contain any misleading figures or statements or omit any matters required by MiFIDII’s Costs and Charges regime to be included in it.
