Rachel Waters
Technology Chief of Staff, Man Group
Rachel Waters is the Technology Chief of Staff at Man Group. She is responsible for the Technology department’s business management, business delivery, operations and risk.
Rachel joined Man FRM in 2005. Prior to her current role, she served as the deputy head of the Enterprise Engineering team and prior to that as Chief Operating Officer of Man FRM. She previously worked in investment banking as a developer and business analyst.
Rachel holds an MSc in Computing from Cardiff University.
